The Fred Leonard State Farm Hometown Showdown committee is now accepting applications for college scholarships from qualified high school seniors who attend Marion High School. The one time scholarship will total $1,000. Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement, essay, and letters of recommendation. 
 

Eligible applicants must plan to enroll full-time in a four-year or two-year accredited college or university for the FALL 2025. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

The Guidelines: 

• Marion Seniors- Download, complete, and return the below application labeled "Marion" and include all required materials. The application must be completed and submitted back to your school counselor by Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Scholarship winners will be notified no later than Wednesday, April 16, 2025. You must be present for the Marion High School Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 6pm.

• West Memphis Seniors- Download, complete, and return the below application labeled "West Memphis" and include all required materials. The application must be completed and submitted back to your school counselor by Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Scholarship winners will be notified no later than Friday, May 2, 2025. You must be present for the Academies of West Memphis Senior Awards Ceremony on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 5pm.

The application must be completed and submitted back to your school counselor by Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
